Lilja Schultz, soccer star!

Maybe. Since Henri was playing baseball, Lili asked to play soccer. I was thrilled--I always wanted a soccer player in our family.

Here she is...ready to play.

We get to the field...and here's our star...wearing the cone on her head. Obviously not interested...

Here she is, uniformed and ready, thinking about playing....

Here I go...

Henri was not interested in soccer...until Lili started playing. Honestly, we probably should have had Henri just play for Lili...but we signed him up too.

Week two....ponytail power?

Um....the favorite part of practice was "going potty." Great. We have a real star on our hands. :)

Yogurt to help us play better....

Me and my boy... And baby E.

Henrik...soccer practice week two. Let's go!

Henrik Schultz, T Ball champion

Henri decided that he really wanted to play baseball. He wanted to play with the big kids...and unfortunately, most organized sports don't start until the kids turn 4. We did find one league for younger kids. Here are a few pics of our favorite little athlete. Thanks Auntie Ta-Ta for the awesome pics!

Getting ready...my new bat and glove....

Ready to bat...

First swing...

And running!

Safe!

Here I go again....

And I am off!

I love this pic. Look at Henri's tongue. :)

Such an awesome athlete...

While Henri played...Lili did too. In the dirt...yuck.

The pits....

So...we never really talked about certain parts of the body. Obviously...having a boy and a girl....we learned some vocabulary words quickly...but since puberty hasn't hit our house...we never talked about breasts.

Flash forward to Elli's arrival...I was in the bedroom nursing and Lili walked in. She asked why I was feeding Elli from my pits. Before I could even answer, or say anything...she was on to the next topic. Of course I was dying laughing...but just let it go.

Then a few days later...she comes home from daycare and says that mommy is breast feeding. Obviously she talked about feeding from the pits at school, and was told to use the phrase "breast feeding." Then, thinking I am about to win mother of the year...I hope they realize she was really saying pits...and not another rhyming word for breast that starts with a t?? Yikes.

Well...here she is...feeding her baby from the pits. :) that girl....

First family outing

It was the annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Winter Park. It was the perfect time to introduce baby Ellinor to the outdoors.

It was chilly....here are the toots...bundled up for the weather. Lili said....we look like bananas. :)

We made it....at the parade....wearing our fire hats.

Here we are....can you find Elli?

She's tucked away inside....

Here she is....so sweet.

Happy early St. Patrick's Day!

Meeting my brother and sister...and Grandma...

While we were at the hospital, Grandma Carol came down to take care of Henri and Lili. Since Ellinor arrived late at night...Grandma stopped by the next morning to grab a sneak peek. Here are a few pics of the first visitors...

Look at how sweet I am....

All cuddled up....I'm a great sleeper!

Grandma trying to wake me up....

So tiny....

Jeff helped pick up the kids from school, and brought them to meet their new sister. Here they are...helping change a diaper. Henri, of course....loved it!

Holding their new sister....

They did a great job! Here's to life with three....yikes!

I don't know exactly what Ray Botch, my dad's uncle, looked like. But I spent my entire life hearing how much I looked like him. I am fairly certain...it might have been something like this. :) Grandma Mary would be proud!

More pics to come....
