The Merry-Go-Round

Here is our sweet Henri with the Roth girls loving the carousel at Downtown Disney. Our little Cowboy Curtis...so sweet. Enjoy!

After Chef Mickey...

We all went over to Pop Century and enjoyed the pool. Henri LOVED swimming...I think he was in the water for over two hours! At one point...I thought he might take his nap in the pool...instead...we just skipped it (not recommended). Here are a few more shots from our day with Mike, Jodi, Emilie, John, Lisa, Abby, Gracie, and Sophie.

Chef Mickey...

Mike (Jeff's brother), his wife, Jodi, and their daughter, Emilie...flew in on Friday to spend the weekend in Orlando before leaving on a cruise. It was intended to be a Roth family trip...but unfortunately was a bit bitter-sweet. Jodi's mom and dad, John and Denise, had to cancel at the last minute do to health concerns. :( We were thrilled to have the Schultz family and the Roth (John--Jodi's brother and Jeff's best friend from growing up--Lisa, Abby, Gracie, and Sophie) family in town for the weekend...sad to see them go...and sad we didn't see John and Denise. We took lots of photos and video....hope you enjoy!

These are going to be in reverse order...but at 11 p.m. and trying to post...I hope you understand. :) Here is Lisa with baby #3...little Miss Sophie...having just enjoyed our breakfast together...

Here is Henri meeting Goofy...he's big into face parts...noses, mouth, teeth...not sure what Goofy is...so what do you call that?? His snout??

A group shot with Donald...

The Roth side of the family with Donald....

Meeting Minnie....she's so sweet...

Henri was fascinated with Minnie's hands. They were bigger than his! :)

Henri meeting Chef Mickey...again...still fascinated with the nose...

The birthday girl! Happy 38th Jodi!

Henri meeting Pluto...he wasn't quite sure what to think of all this craziness...

John and Emilie with Abby and Pluto...

John with Abbie and Gracie...so cute!

Those are my boys...

I have video from our Chef experience...I'll post tomorrow or Tuesday. More pictures from the rest of the day to come as well....goodnight for now!

A quick visit to the Pacific NW....

We've had a busy busy busy last few weeks. Jeff is almost done with Anesthesia school. Can't believe he graduates on May 7. Seems like we have been working for this for so long...can't wait for him to be through!

We had a free weekend...and realized that if we wanted Henri to meet his cousins Nick and Emma...we were going to have to fly out fairly quickly. So...we left for Seattle on a Thursday morning...and flew home on Sunday. It was such a quick trip...we just spent time with family (sorry Seattle friends...we do hope to be back soon...). Here are a few shots from the trip:

Emma is on a swim team. We went and watched her compete. Henri put his professional clapping skills to good use...cheering on Emma in her meet. Backstroke is her favorite stroke...but she did a good job in all of her races. Here she is...in her "fast" Cheetah suit:

Auntie Toots rocking two of her favorite boys...Rudy and Henri:

Henri loves to take a bath...and the best part about traveling is the big bath tub. Nick joined in the fun to teach Henri how to splash and shave in the tub. :)

Our sweet little Henri...all clean...so kissable....

We did take a quick trip to the local park. Nick and Emma wanted to show Henri the turtles.

Henri also had a chance to play on the swings.....

Nick climbing...

Henri's cute little "Bear Bottom" as we waited to board the plane....

Grampa and Grandma with their grandkids...

The Fleharty girls...me, mom, Kristin (Auntie Dort) and Kallie (Auntie Toots)....

This weekend...we were so lucky to have Jeff's brother (Mike, Jodi and Emilie) and the Roths in town. Posting photos and video from their visit to Orlando next...

The Insy Weensy Spider....

Sue, our agency director, just sent this photo of Henri when he was a baby. Doesn't it look like he is playing the Insy Weensy Spider? Look how much he has grown!

Happy Easter!

We started off the day with the Easter bunny...went to church...and then met our friends at EPCOT for the afternoon. My pictures loaded in reverse order...still learning how to upload...so I'll start with the afternoon...and we'll work backward. :)

Henri and Nico enjoying a snow-cone (kaki-gori) in Japan. Henri watched Nico eat...

Then he thought...maybe I should try a bite...

Nico didn't really want to share. :)

What's really funny about this photo...I used to always think Nico was a giant for his age. Now...with our little Henri sitting next to him...he wasn't that big. He's a year older...but their hands were almost the same size! Yikes...

The Marconi Family!

While Nico had his picture taken with the Disney bunnies...Henri crashed in his stroller. :)

It was so bright...and Henri didn't want to wear a hat...so we tried sunglasses. He wore them for about 5 minutes. Then...he spent the rest of the afternoon chewing on them. Great.

Here's Henri with his bunny and basket...isn't he so sweet in his kahkis and vest?

He loves his bunny! Thanks Auntie Pat...she notarized all of our adoption documents...then she gave Henri this great bunny to celebrate Easter. :)

Henri really likes the pink nose on the bunny....

Sweet Easter Henri....

Such a sweet little smile...

I'm so smiley...so happy...

Don't I look so cute...even with my tummy sticking out! :)

Here we are...we made it through church. Henri didn't even cry...well...he was a little squawky during the sermon...but otherwise...he did great!

Happy Easter from the Schultz Family!
